OnLocation™

Live Broadcasting & Capture Cart

 As a mobile cart, OnLocation™ is easily rolled around and used to broadcast and record video from within classrooms, school auditoriums, athletic events and other areas.  Live broadcasts originating from OnLocation™ are available within MediaCAST™ in the digital repository for viewing from the Digital TV channel screen.  The recorded and live sessions can be searched for within the library and made available so many people can view them simultaneously.  The live broadcasts can be made available within an online course as a Webcast, protected by password, or set as pay-per view for those community fundraising opportunities.  Live video feed may be encoded into streaming format and rebroadcast over the IP network.

The SportsCAST module allows schools to wirelessly broadcast live events to anyone, anywhere. It works with the MediaCAST platform or Express hosted system, and broadcasts to any device with internet access.  Grandparents and parents in the military can watch their student graduate in real time. Schools can create their own virtual sports network on their district website and allow community access. For items with restricted access, login restrictions are easy to set. 

SportsCAST is easy to use and comes with everything you need to begin broadcasting, right out of the box. Hardware includes a rugged encoder laptop in a hard-shell backpack equipped with a high-gain 802.11 wireless antenna. 

OnLocation Producer

Expanding the features of the OnLocation cart, OnLocation Producer provides for on-the-fly editing for professional video productions, includes video switching between camera sources and stored media, live transitions, special effects and chroma key capabilities.  Built-in teleprompter features included.  The package is complete with portable green screen and lighting kit!

OnLocation Helium -Mobility made light-weight!

OnLocation™ Helium is a light-weight, ultra-portable version of the OnLocation cart. It is a turn-key solution for mobile encoding, live broadcasting and content conversion.  It is designed to make it easy to convert analog and digital video/audio into a variety of streaming formats for on-demand viewing and live IP broadcasting.  The streams can be broadcast live over the IP network and concurrently be captured into a file for on-demand viewing from a MediaCAST™ streaming server.
